Newsletter Subscription Preferences
All emails sent by Leaf to the users on our mailing lists will include a single-click “Unsubscribe” link, which will direct the user to a page where they can remove their data from our database.
We provide continuous support via firstname.lastname@example.org - after you send us a removal request, our staff will promptly remove you from our mailing lists no questions asked. You will be notified of the removal.
Information Protection & Sharing
Leaf will take reasonable precautions to maintain the confidentiality and security of your personally identifiable information so that it will not be disclosed to anyone outside without your consent unless required by law or as otherwise set forth herein. Where possible, Leaf protects the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input. Our servers are located in the US and data processing occurs primarily in our office in Sussex, NB, Canada.
Leaf will never sell the data to anyone under any circumstances. Nor will we share any detail of personal data of our website visitors with any company, entity or individual. Our rights remain restricted to usage determined by our visitors’ choices as to what information they wish to receive, which they selected at the time they opted in.
