Leaf Electrical Safety – Online Per-Seat Training Policy

We request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class time. In the event you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account if you cancel at minimum 48 hours in advance, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future classes. This gives us the opportunity to fill each class. You may cancel by phone or online here.
 
However, if you do not at minimum 48 hours prior to the start time, no refunds or credits will be allowed to the participant. Credits for classes are valid to be used within 180 days.

You must have use of your own computer to participate in our virtual training courses, with a working microphone. It is strongly suggested to have a working camera to participate and engage with the trainer. If your system is not working properly at the start of the session (The camera or microphone is not working), you may be removed from the current course. In this situation, course fees will still apply.

In the case of insufficient registration, Leaf Electrical Safety reserves the right to reschedule the participants to future class. Notice will be provided at least 72 hours before the scheduled class. Participants will be able to select a future date that fits their schedule.
